Shipping, production & pickup
I prepare and pack every order myself in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Production time
The preparation window shown beside each option is the best estimate before an order is ready to ship or collect. Made-to-order prints take longer than an in-stock camera. If an unexpected delay changes that estimate, I will contact you at the email used at checkout.
US shipping
The first release of the shop ships only to US addresses. The shipping charge is shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Cameras ship with tracking and appropriate insurance; tracking is emailed after the label is purchased. Delivery dates shown by a carrier are estimates and begin after the preparation window.
Local pickup
Pickup is available only when it appears as a choice for the item at checkout. A paid pickup order is not ready immediately. Please wait for the separate “ready for pickup” email before traveling. Pickup details are provided privately in that email.
Address changes
Please review the address in Stripe Checkout carefully. If an order has not shipped, contact me as soon as possible. I cannot redirect or replace an order delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly when the carrier cannot recover it.
Problems in transit
If tracking stalls, the package is marked delivered but missing, or the package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact me promptly. Damage is covered in the returns and damage policy.
